In 1999 a group of university professionals and professors decided to establish a private university distance learning education "off campus" so that it contributes to the dissemination of American cultural values in the world, learning style and knowledge that for years have given prestige to North American universities.

We decided to set our headquarters, Incorporated in Hawaii and also an one office, for mail and arranged visits in Miami.
